I was scheduled to have my tire repaired along with 4 other items Thursday September 11th. During the oil change and tire rotation on Tuesday September 9th a nail was found in my tire. Thursday metal was also found which meant I needed a new tire. I was told that a new tire would be delivered between 1 - 2 pm. I drive 1 hour and 10 minutes to your dealership. My appointment was at 10 am but I got there at 9:30 am. I was fine waiting so I did not have to drive back to the dealership again. Twice in the same week was plenty. The tire was delivered at 1:45 pm then I was told that I had to wait for a technician to be available to complete the task. All the technicians were busy with other customers. After 1 hour of waiting, I went into the Service writers area to ask how much longer I had to wait. That's when I lost it. Why did I have to wait an hour, also had I not went to the Service writers area how much longer would they have made me wait. I was at the dealership from 9:30 am to 3:07 pm. Why? Why? When they put the new tire on, my car was jacked up where it sat waiting on the tire delivery. I watched. My car was parked next to the service bay doors.

Completed 4 different service procedures and got the work done on time.

They changed the oil and oil filter, engine air filter, cabin filter, rotated tires on my 2017 Equinox. It was timely and easy for me.

It was great. Raymond was very effective and efficient and friendly appreciated it.

Had my Suburban in for a service and a was and vac. Service rep Sydnei is awesome. Communicated everything clearly even got me taken care of even tho I showed up almost an hr early. Only issue was the rear of the car wasn’t touched/vacuumed. Other than that everything was perfect.

I brought my car into the shop August 26 for a service stabilitrak message. I was told they were understaffed but I didn't have to have the car until after labor day. They tracked down a few other problems and I ended up not getting the car back until the 5th of September. I'm happy with the work, just not completely pleased with how long it took.

I was supposed to have my truck at the dealership by8AM. So I made arrangements for my wife to pick me up. I got a call at 2 Pm that it was being evaluated and then would try to get approval from fleet company. It wasn’t even going to begin work by end of day. So I made arrangements to pick it up and would schedule another appointment after parts came in. The primary reason for taking to dealership was to do recall work on tailgate and check front brakes. The next appointment was scheduled and I was promised that my truck would be done by noon. I received a call to let me know that it would be by the end of the day instead. I ended up getting new brakes, rotors and tires. The first time that I drove the truck, I noticed a vibration in the tires that wasn’t there before. After my truck spending 2 days at the dealership and was in worse condition than when I took it in, I decided to take it someplace else to get the tires balanced. In just one short hour, my tires were perfectly balanced. The guy said they were so poorly balanced that it looked like they had just been mounted. I would not recommend Chevrolet of Columbus service to anyone!

Ray and others in the service office were courteous. Work was completed in time frame advised and at price advised. Work appears to have been performed correctly.

It was the best experience ever! I was in a car accident and my car was totaled and Seth was able to get me in the car I wanted right away!

Johnny was my salesman, and he was very patient with us, and listened to all my questions and concerns. It was great working with him. Tyler was also great, as he has always been.

Seth was very helpful and took the time needed to teach me the controls and process my loan.

My experience at Chevrolet Of Columbus was phenomenal. I originally planned to purchase a vehicle of a different brand but decided to stop by because there was one vehicle on the lot that fell within my shopping parameters. I was greeted by an energetic salesman and he worked with me to understand my left and right shopping limits. He suggested a vehicle I had not previously considered and even let me take it on my journey around town as I conitnued to search other dealerships for a new vehicle. Before I left, vehicle sale price and monthly payments were discussed. Not one of the other dealerships could match the price, monthly payments, or energy from Chevrolet of Columbus. As it turns out, my perfect vehicle was sitting on their lot the entire time, it just took a little while to see it.

I loved my sales guy -James Burris. I bought a new truck on Thursday but realized I needed by Bed cover on from the old truck. They were planning on doing it when I scheduled the truck in for bed spray liner. He actually took time to move it for me that night, so I didn’t have to wait or figure out how to deal with my Friday night without a bed cover. It happened to rain Friday, so I definitely appreciate having the cover. Talk about going the extra mile! Not only that, he was friendly, sweet and if he didn’t an answer, he found it for me. He’s a gem and I hope he is there when I go buy another truck. This the 3rd vehicle I’ve bought from this location since 2019.

Overall the experience was good. There did seem to be some confusion between what services I had scheduled when I originally made my appt versus what the service advisor started to go over with me at drop off. It was sorted out.

Was such an easy and fast experience!

I called and scheduled an early appointment due to borrow a vehicle while mine was being serviced. I was told when I scheduled that my service would be finished in that time. The day of my service, I was informed that my vehicle was not taken back until a little after 2 in the afternoon and it would need to be kept overnight. I informed them this would not work due to needing mine or another vehicle for the next day. I was told I could be given a rental and it could be picked up the next day. I informed them I would have to pick it up the same day due to not haven’t a way to get the rental the following day. To that, the only response I received was “ok”. I tried to call but my service person was not available. I asked for a call back, which I did not receive. Later day I received a text that they were finished with my truck for the day and it would still need to be held overnight to finish the work. At that time I texted asking for a call back. I finally received a call and was told that if I needed a rental, the rental company closes at 5. It was 4:50. I would not be able to make it to get a rental. So I told the person I spoke with that I would just pick up my truck in the condition it was in. When I arrived to the dealership to pick up my truck, I never received an apology put was told “oh, I was wrong. The rental company closes at 6”. Then I was told that if I call and schedule another appointment, the answering service will not relay a message about needing to schedule early for the same day appointment. If this is the case, how am I supposed to know that the person I’m scheduling with will not relay a request that I have. I will not be returning for any additional services at Chevy of Columbus.

Service was prompt and viechle returned in proper condition. A minor inconvenience that I was told my keys were in it when in fact they were still locked up in the safe. However this was only a few seconds of inconvenience so I did not mind. We are all human after all.

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have reason to believe the rotation was not done. I knew the passenger side rear tire was lower than the rest on air. I purposely did not put air in knowing I was getting service. When I received my vehicle back, tire readings were reading exactly the same as when I brought in. So that leads me to believe that (a) you didn’t check tire pressures and (b) rotation was not complete. This has happened before at this location. I know I have locking lug nuts but if that was the issue, I should’ve been advised as the key for the lug nuts is kept in the rear of vehicle underneath the lifting floor board. So, it would appear I paid for a service I didn’t receive.

I was very pleased. Once I knew what I liked Draven worked to fine a vehicle to satisfy that request. He also followed up a few days later to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions. I would recommend them to others.

Kolby has been great to deal with. Understood what I was trying to accomplish and got a few issues taken care of. I wish every car buying experience was like this. Thank you Kolby for all your help. Appreciate it!

I had a bad experience with a different dealership; I had my car towed to Leo's on a Wednesday afternoon, by the next day Raymond had run a complete diagnostics on it and had notified me by Thursday night (although he said it could be Monday before he had answers). He set me up with Draven,, my salesman; and by Friday afternoon, I was the owner of my new 2026 Equinox. Communication was good. You had my vehicle for 7 days to repair the air conditioner. My vehicle got bumped out of the bay at times to work on other vehicles. I went to use my Air conditioner 5 days after picking it up and it does not work. Frustrating that I spent $1844. and still have the same issue. It goes back in tomorrow.

I scheduled a lot I do understand, oil change, tire rotation, change wiper blades, change engine and cabin air filter, and detail inside and out. I dropped my car off the night before, around 545pm, and it was checked in. When I checked it in I was informed the vehicle would be started at 8am Wednesday. At 2pm, they had my vehicle since 8am to work on it, I was told it would be around closing time, when it would be ready. When I asked for a narrower timeframe I was told it would actually be tomorrow before it would be done, because they had two other vehicles to detail. Keep in mind an oil change, tire rotation is approximately 1-1 1/2 hours, the wiper blades and air filters do not take much time. I spoke with the manager, she is such a sweet soul, and informed of the situation and asked for her assistance. She was so sweet and spoke with her crew, and got the detail knocked out. When I went to get in my vehicle I noticed big guts still on my vehicle; it was not just a few it was how I brought it in, front of bumper, windshield, back of side mirrors. She took it back for them to redo it. It was brought back out and still had on the windshield, and front end. When I brought it to the managers attention, she asked if I wanted it redone a third time. I let her know I would just go to Crew car wash no the morning, and it will all of the bug stuff off. She reminded all of the money that I paid for detail. Everyone at the dealership that I have ever spoken to is very nice, friendly, and helpful.

I came in highly qualified; knowing what I wanted, and he didn’t waste a second—no nonsense, just got it done. If you value your time, he’s your guy. Vehicle demonstration was flawless; promote ahead of peers!

My overall experience was good but it didn’t start out that way. I would say that communication needs to be improved. I set up an appointment to see a truck only to drive 45 minutes to the dealership to be told it was just sold online. I felt like my time had been waisted. We were able to come to terms on a second tuck but I should have been contacted that the one sold.

Service always great. Only one complaint. The girl at the service desk was wearing a very strong perfume. I am very sensitive to odors. Nose clogged and I started coughing.had to have windows down on way home to try to clear the air. She was very nice and helpful, but......

Had routine maintenance done. Suggestions for all maintenance was optional. Nothing was presented as this absolutely has to be done. I followed all recommendations made in order to keep my car working correctly and efficiently. All staff were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

You kept my vehicle nearly 3 weeks before you had a mechanic who could figure out the problem only to find out your mechanic caused the problem when changing the brake fluid.

The techs here always give it a good check out when we bring it in for any issue. I want them to find any other problem and let me know so it doesn't leave us stranded. They do a great job of that! It took all day. From 10am to 6:30 pm. The loan officer was very rude. He had a stressful day. When im spending almost $30,000 on a vehicle. I would think I would get treated with some respect. I kept telling him I didnt want things added to my package 4 times he put it right back on and it raised my cost significantly. He then acted like it was my fault. Im already noticing things that just suck. Im not very happy at all. The person that was taking cate of us all day was so nice though. He got a little "stressed"a few times but all in all his persona was wonderful. THANK YOU OLIVER!!!!! BUT on the downside. My vehicle already needs looked at. For the loan officer. Remember customer service. Please. I wanted to leave the dealership jumping up and down for joy but I left angry,upset and very confused. Ive been abused by men my whole life. I sure in the HELL dont want to go to buy a $26,000 vehicle and absolutely regret it. I wish I could get something else.

The service seems to have been done right but the communication was not good. My car was there for three more days than expected because the part was delayed and while we realize this can happen, I would have expected the advisor to be calling me each day to tell me, not me seeking/calling trying to see what the status was.

I brought my truck in because of scratches found. I did not recall the scratches on before dropping off, but because they took pictures of it we were able to determine they were. After talking to them about we then figured out the cause as well. They took the initial blame seriously and we were able to come to a eat and mutual agreement. Their patience paid off.

I arrived for my appointment and they were ready for me. Check in was fast and I got a ride from the dealership within 15 minutes. When the service was completed, they called. I picked up the vehicle and there were no surprises. I paid what I expected with my15% veterans discount.

They were great at service department but after I got home the next morning at 5am to go to work my tire monitor went out I did call that morning they said sometime when rotating tire they have to reset monitor for tire they said it probably just didn't take to bring it back in but I can't bring it in until Tuesday so I hope that will take care of it

The experience was terrible, all around! From lies, to not having a clue what was going on. It was some of the worst experience I have ever had and we were overcharged.
