Contactless Pickup and Delivery at Chevrolet of Columbus
The safety and health of our Indiana drivers is our top concern at Chevrolet of Columbus. That's why we implemented contactless pickup and delivery at our service center. Instead of bringing your Chevy Equinox to us, we'll come to your address and collect it from you at no charge. We'll even leave behind a loaner vehicle if you'd like one. After completing the repairs at Chevrolet of Columbus, we'll drop it back off. No travel needed on your end.
How to Set Up Service Pickup
We have a portal on our website where you can set up your service appointment. Let us know the time and date that works for you. If you're requesting a contactless pickup, you'll also need to let us know where to get your Chevy Silverado 1500. We're happy to meet you at your home or where you work. If you'd like to have temporary transportation, we can bring you a loaner vehicle to use while yours is with us in Columbus, IN.
Choose Service and Pay Online
When you're setting up the appointment, you can choose any service. We do it all at Chevrolet of Columbus. We cover everything from minor maintenance to major repairs. Our factory-trained Chevy technicians have the skillset to change oil filters, rotate tires, replace brakes, realign wheels, install new batteries, and repair transmissions and engines. After requesting auto service, you can go ahead and pay for it online. We'll send you an electronic invoice that you can take care of on your mobile device or computer.
We Will Return Your Chevy Shortly
When we're done repairing your Chevy Traverse, we'll bring it back to you and take back the loaner that you borrowed from us. If you took care of your payment virtually, we'll return your keys and be on our way. You can expect your SUV to be sanitized and ready to go after its appointment.
